Onboarding Carrier

CARRIER PACKET LIST – This is for your reference only The following items are the standard documents generally included in the Carrier Packet. 1) Broker’s Certificate of Authority or Registration – Given to you by the FMCSA after your authority or US DOT # goes active. 2) Trust Fund Agreement/Broker’s Bond – Given to you by your bonding company or financial institution. 3) Broker – Carrier Contract 4) Carrier Rate Confirmation 5) Insurance Request 6) Carrier References 7) SCAC – OPTIONAL, brokers usually only obtain a SCAC when their customers specifically require it. If you’re customers require it, this will be given to you by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association after completing their SCAC application. 8) Blank W-9 Form – Your Carrier should complete the blank W9 with THEIR company information and return to you.

Qualified Carriers: Carriers must meet our stringent qualifying process in order to become a partner with us. Dedicated Support: Our agents work with you from the beginning to the end of your shipments. Solutions Based Service: We listen to your needs and provide you the best possible solutions designed just for you.

Less Truckload Service

Fast Quotes: Receiving a quote fast allows us to give you the best option available so you can get back to your business. Shipment Tracking: Track your shipments with your dedicated number and receive email alerts of updates. Volume Rates: We can provide volume rates that are less expensive than Full Truckloads.

Drayage

We arrange drayage services in all markets with a large capacity and competitive pricing. Your freight can be delivered either from the port or rail right to your door, or from your door right to the port or rail, saving you money in the process.
